Freewriting Experience
The Heart Of It is a sanctuary for those interested in exploring personal writing as a creative tool for their emotional and spiritual healing toolbox. This will be a 4-week closed group, likely starting in the Fall of 2023.
No experience or expertise required.
Each week, we will be introduced to different aspects of self:
Week 1: Higher Self
Week 2: Inner Child
Week 3: Future Self
Week 4: Integration with Present Self
Guided meditations, time to reflect and write, opportunities to share if desired.
This group will be of interest to those who seek a safe and judgement-free space to:
- meet their inner voice(s), friends or foe
- use the written word to aid in the healing process
- find creative ways to make sense of and friends with difficult feelings and life experiences
- explore the symbiosis of spirituality and compassionate self-care
