Kind words of appreciation

What you do and what you say is LOVE, like a sunbeam penetrating deep and warming the depths of my soul.  That is how your words hit me, Dana.  So thankful for you. 

I just wanted to say thank you. Thank you for being my constant, my mentor, my friend. Thank you for always being so caring and encouraging, for believing in me, and for seeing and accepting me for who I was. You taught me to open up, you helped me find my voice, and you gave me permission to feel, and my life is so much fuller now because of that.  

But, I remembered something that I learned from counselling with you. I remembered that little girl that hated Christmas and I had a talk with her. I told her that we are in a better place now and we have our own special Christmas traditions and there was nothing to be afraid of or anxious about anymore, and behold, the anger subsided. It was a Christmas miracle!

So, I want to thank you for helping me reach out to my inner, angry, child, and bringing her into a safe place. 

Dana was great from the consultation period to the couples therapy session itself! My partner and I were extremely happy to have worked with Dana even if it was only for a short period. Highly recommend!
